1. You may not mix and match these templates with any other template.
2. You may not offer these templates on your site as downloads, or re sell these templates.
3. You may not use another graphic designers work with these templates.
4. You may NOT use ANY portion of these templates to make any web set, postcard, or any type of graphic!      This includes the html
5. The Logo and link back to Chat Isle must remain intact.
6. Email for confirmation before paying for a template using the contact us link on each template.
7. Once the template is sold it will be removed from the inventory.
8. The person buying the template is the ONLY person licensed to use the template.
